Body temp of 96.3 - 97.1 for 3 days is this normal?

Accompanied by swollen glands, dark brown mucous/phlegm & diarrhea. I also have achy joints and cold sweats. I do have Lupus and Fibromyalgia so it can be difficult to distinguish problems that should be concerning.
