What can i do and what stretch can i do to tak the soreness in my body?

i was playing tackle football. I had like 18 catches but i was pounded alot. now both my thighs, the both side where my ribcage, my right and left biceps hurt, my lower back, center back,and my chest. what you suggest me 2 do so the sore can go away
