Why do you think kids today use profanity and cut up?

Its been this way since the 1990's.My grandma Shirley is very kind she grew up in the 1930's in segregated Georgia doesn't swear or use use disgusting language as the girls in my school use.I am mixed half black,half white and maybe its a cultural thing but everyone is my school is pretty much black and latino and there be fights and alot of ual tension as in touching between students but I dont want them growing upand THEN letting their kids do the exact same thing and younger.I heard about some 6 teen boys who were having with a grown woman at a public school and one fatheres a baby with her.Is this generation x fault?
