I haven't had a period since March 27th. That has been almost 6 weeks ago. Could I be pregnant?

My husband had a vasectomy last year in July after the miscarriage of our last pregnancy. Now that I have missed my period, I have been nauseated for the past week, have had weird food cravings, and my have been sore. I don't know whats going on!! Please help!
