Is this going to be a problem?

Just a few minutes ago my Carbon Monoxide alarm went off. I think its probably because we have the oven on really high as well as the stove because there is no heat in my apartment. But I wanted to make sure that no CO was actually detected. If it helps the alarm beeped once every 7 or so seconds and I feel a little dizzy and my eyes were watering for no reason when it happened.
