Why didn't Hendricks keep Busch and get rid of Mears?

Kyle Busch wasnt what they wanted their team to look like and be percieved as. Gordon and Johnson and Mears are just the 'Good ol' Boys' and Kyle doesnt fit in that, and now they are getting rid of Mears or as Mears and his people are saying he isnt returning, but they wanted to keep their perceived notion that they are the good guys and Kyle Busch didnt have that attitude like them, whereas Junior does and Mears does but Mears cant stay on the same level of racing as them.
