Why would I need my wisdom teeth out already?

I'm getting two teeth pulled over winter break and when I went to the consultation, the doctor said that he will pull my two bottom wisdom teeth at the same time. I'm only 13 and I thought you get those teeth out when your like 18. Umm, what could be the reasons for getting them pulled already?
