19.2 NiCad Battery Rejuvenation?

There are sites that explain how to Zap the battery, sometimes it works. You can also replace the cells inside but they are expensive. My Makita batteries [NiCad] do not hold a charge. Replacements are $65 each. I bought a Skill Cordless Drill [make by Bosch] for $74 with 2 batteries and warrantied for 1 year. Sadly we live in a disposable world now, it's cheaper to buy than repair. Do not pay the scam artists at eBay, the info is free.
