My dog bites my mom, how can i make him stop?

My mom loves my dog, but he bites her. He does not bite my brother or I. And im pretty sure he does not bite my dad. He is small but he breaks the skin. I think my mom pesters im. So basically, can i train my mom? haha. My dog is 6
