My mother had a very old case of asthma,which was detected 2 weeks ago.?

she suffers from severe cough,sneeze,breathlessness.we live in a hill station and the pollen troubles her.the doctor has given her special medicines which she takes from the rotohaler.she also suffers from stress.she is also short tempered.she has had a long medical history also.she was in comma for one year when she was 6.she has had her gall bladder removed because of stones.she has also had her uteres removed because of fibroid.she was also operated on when having a cesearian baby.she also suffers from migraine.there is however no such case in our family.i would like to ask you what action i should take to improve her condition.i am worried about her.please help
