You should go see your doctor and see if you are pregnant. Then if you are you can ask about the medications that you are on and what the chances are that it will or has affected the fetus. Your doctor can also advise on the chances that you will have what you call a "mutant" baby. You are correct on the home pregnancy tests giving false negatives. See your doctor and get this all straightened out as soon as possible. Good luck
