What's the best magazine to learn about fashion?

I'd like to consider myself reasonably fashionable, but I don't know a lot about fashion. What's the best magazine to keep up with current trends/designers, etc? Also, is there a good dictionary/encyclopedia of fashion terms and the like? Nothing ginourmous, just something simple to learn the basic components of different types and styles of clothing.
