What graphics tablet should I buy?

I'm looking into this as well but I'm not sure which to buy either. I think people have got the wrong idea as the wacom's range from �30 - the thousands depending on what size you want and it only goes into the 1000's if you want your image to be displayed on screen that your drawing on if you want a wacom tablet that you can just draw on and the image will display on the computer instead of on the tablet then the price ranges from between �30 and about �700 depending on how big the tablet is and what model it is (and so how many touch levels it has eg the pen model has around 500 levels of touch, is not wireless and costs about �50 compared to the Intuos4 which is slightly bigger, wireless, has 2048 levels of touch and costs about �360). My budget is a bit lower than yours and if you get a huge difference in quality with the more expensive tablet I don't know but I'd like to find this out.
