Why do people equate thinner women with higher status or better woman then women that are above average weight?

I mean seriously, it seems like every week there's a story on yahoo and all these other gossip sites of these so called in demand thin women being dumped or divorced or cheated on. Hell just look at Tiger Woods, his wife was pretty for white girl standards, and he was cheating on her with like 14 other women. Then Halie Berry, cheated on by like all her boyfriends. Then you have Jennifer Anistin, she got dumped like 4 times. Then you have Paris Hilton, hell her ex released a tape on her, and that dude from that boy band use to beat her azz. I don't see how these so called thin women are a sign of status when most of the time they get shyted on. Tina Turner, used to get her azz beat, but she still got nice legs even though shes 60, hell I can list about 30 more celeb thin women that are thin, yet no one ended up valuing their worth or the fact they where thin. Just because your thin, it doesn't in the least bit guarantee you'll end up happy and with the man of your dreams.
