Help i can't download the new war craft patch?

Hey can anyone help me? i tried to download the new huge patch about 10 times, and have had nothing but trouble, i click on the war craft icon on my desktop, that loads up then the next window pops up "Blizzard downlader" and that reached 100% fine, then my problem comes here, the next window pops up "Blizzard updater" it gets to 2%, then my laptop gets a black screen and freezes, i have to do a forced shutdown everytime. can anyone help? is this a download problem or is my computer ******? im so frustrated because all the helplines are clossed over the weekend and even if they where open it costs like $2.50 a min. if there isnt a way anyone knows to help does anyone know of like a hotline, im from sydney Australia to btw. thanks for reading.
