PLEASE HELP: Estimated cost for carpet!?

OEventually we will get a free consultation to see the exact cost, but for now I am wondering about how much it would cost to carpet 4 bedrooms (one master), 2 stairways (small), 2 other small rooms, and a hallway. PLEASE HELP! I just need a shot-in-the-dark number...Thank you so much
